Adventure Club

Aimed at all staff working in education who have an interest in the outdoors.

 ski group

The Adventure club offers an opportunity to take part in a variety of activities with like minded folk but without the responsibility of looking after a group of students.

Activities will be led by qualified staff with any charges as low as 3 muddy cavers.pngpossible with the aim to simply cover costs such as accommodation or food.

Activities can range from a local one day trip on the river Wye, maybe with a pub lunch, right through to hiring a chalet in mid winter in the Alps for a week of skiing.

What activities?

Safety first for all

At Gwent Outdoor Centres our experienced staff always put safety first. We are licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA), which is overseen by the Health and Safety Executive. The AALA was set up to ensure outdoor activity providers follow good safety management practices. These should allow young people to experience exciting and stimulating activities outdoors – without being exposed to avoidable risks.

We continually monitor and update our procedures to ensure the safety of the young people in our care.
